Covid-19 policy
In store:
Your shopping experience at Pandora’s Box will be different to what you are used to, and we’d like to reassure you that we have yours and our staffs safety at the forefront of our new policy.
What will happen?
In order to adhere to social distancing, we cannot allow more than 2 people into the shop at any one time. There will be a sign at the door saying “come on in” or “please wait outside as we already have two people in.” There will be a hand sanitising station as you walk into the shop please use this before entering. We will also be operating a one way system in the shop which will be clearly marked, so please follow the signs. You will enter the shop and navigate clockwise.
Trying bras on
You will be allowed to try bras on, but we would ask you to keep this to a minimum or not at all if you can. Any bras tried on by customers will be thoroughly steam cleaned afterwards and hung for 72hrs before the next customer can try it on.
Can we fit you for your bras?
Unfortunately we cannot fit you in your bras in the usual way as we cannot socially distance from you ensuring the safety of you and our staff. We will however be able to offer ‘socially distant fitting’ by assessing the fit from at least 2 meters away if you need to.
How will we do this?
We will section our fitting area off by putting a screen covering all three fitting rooms from the rest of the shop. We will only have one fitting room open, and we will stand at the other end and give you instruction based on a visual fit. After you have visited us and used the fitting room, we will steam clean and sanitise it ready for the next person. All curtains will be removed from the fitting rooms, but your privacy will still be protected as the screen will cover you.
At home virtual fitting
If you choose not to try on or getting socially distant fitted, then we are very happy to offer you support and advice at home by virtually fitting you.
How do I do this?
We are happy to offer WhatsApp video calling or Microsoft teams as a platform to virtually fit. You can arrange an appointment time with us when you buy a bra from us, or call/email after you have bought your bra and are at home. We will then video call you at the time booked in, and advise you of fit and alternatives if needed on the video call. You can then purchase the recommended bra/s on our website if that bra is listed on there, or over the phone and click and collect. We maybe able to offer free home delivery if you live within a 5 mile radius. We will then collect the bra that doesn’t fit or you can return the bra when you click and collect and we will refund/exchange.
Appointment only fitting
Want to be assured that you are the only person in the shop? We can offer you an appointment for bra fitting for 30 minutes at 2.30, 3.30, 4.30 or 5.30. The appointments should last no more than 30 minutes, which gives us 30 minutes to sanitise the fitting area and shop before the next customer.
Other things to note:
Please refrain from touching stock when you are in the shop. If you need a size, please ask us to get it for you.
Please only bring children into the shop if they are in buggies/prams and are not able to touch any garments. Children are more liable to touch garments as they may not understand the consequences of doing so. If you have no choice other than to bring children with you, please notify us first by calling and we will try to assist you at the door.
We will be providing bags and tissue paper for you to wrap your bras if you need them. These will be accessible on the side counter for you to do yourself after you have purchased.
Please only pay by card (no cash will be accepted).
